In a lonely night, Ron brings you We the People — with a royal ‘we’. Townhall Assistant Editor Katie Pavlich gives the listeners a break when she calls in to discuss the fallout from Tuesday’s elections. Jordan Vivian also joins WTP to annoy Ron and provide a more objective take on the election results.

The headlining guest was Ed Martin. Martin, a WTP regular and candidate for Missouri’s third U.S. congressional district, is challenging the elections results from Tuesday night. Late Tuesday, results came in close, with his opponent incumbent Congressman Russ Carnahan up by 2.2 percent of the vote.

But, there seems to be some foul play. The official in charge of Missouri elections, Carnahan’s sister Robin Carnahan, hired an election security company on the payroll of Russ Carnahan. Coincidentally or not, there was a seven-hour failure of the voter verification system.
